Beginning Silver Metal Clay Class

Learn the fundamentals of texturing, layering, shaping, stone setting, firing with both a torch and a kiln, and adding a patina to your project. You will:

• Create jewelry pieces from hundreds of choices of molds, textures, templates and shapes.
• Create beautiful custom jewelry pieces (2-5) exactly how you want.
• Receive instruction on how to use tools and jewelry hardware.
• Use studio tools, torch and kiln.
• Receive materials as needed for your project (jewelry chain, jump rings, stones, glass and a gift box).
• Take home handcrafted jewelry pieces at the end of your class. 

Location:  Highland Village, TX (if you have a group of 7, contact us about coming to your location).

Cost: $320 for class PLUS $50 materials fee for 20 grams of Fine Silver (the $50 materials fee reserves your spot in class)

Class Length:  8 hours (Usually 9am-5pm)

Number of Attendees: Minimum of 1 person; maximum of 3 people.

Age: Students must be 18 or older to attend. 

Intermediate  Silver 

Metal Clay Class

Take the next step on your metal clay journey. Learn to make a hollow form, capture a piece of dichroic glass, imbed another metal, make a moveable bail and use a syringe.  You will:

• Create more technical jewelry pieces from hundreds of choices of molds, textures, templates and shapes.
• Create two larger custom jewelry pieces.
• Receive advanced instruction using studio tools and hardware.
• Use studio tools and kiln.
• Receive materials as needed for your project (jewelry chain, jump rings, stones, dichroic glass and a gift box).
• Take home handcrafted jewelry pieces at the end of your class. 

Location:  Highland Village, TX (if you have a group of 7, contact us about coming to your location).

Cost: $345 for class PLUS $70 materials fee for 25 grams of Fine Silver (the $70 materials fee reserves your spot in class)

Class Length:  8 hours (Usually 9am-5pm)
